The Coming Revival will be like CPR

The Coming Revival will be like CPR

3 years ago today, I heard the Lord say:

“The coming revival will be like CPR.”

CPR is an emergency procedure for a person that is in cardiac arrest & is not breathing.

The breath of the Body of Christ is the Holy Spirit of God.

The coming revival will increase the breath & the blood flow in the Body of Christ.

The coming revival will apply pressure to the heart of the Body of Christ.

This pressure is not punishment, it is preservation.

The coming revival will be a resuscitation because the Body is on the brink of death.

The coming revival is less about a large influx of people coming into the Body of Christ & more about life being restored to us, for we are in critical condition.

Like someone who has had a heart attack, CPR alone is not enough to reverse the condition completely, only to delay death & to stabilize.

In the natural, CPR performed properly can lead to broken ribs. While this is painful, it is what is necessary to ensure the survival of the patient.

Similarly, the coming revival will feel like our ribs have been broken.

“Make me hear joy and gladness, That the bones You have broken may rejoice.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭51:8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The revival will be a revival of repentance.

The revival will be a revival of crying out to the Lord.

The revival will be the return of the fathers to the children, & the children to the fathers. (Malachi 4:6)

The revival will be a revival of deliverance to a Bride who has tolerated her bondage.

The revival will be a crushing & a destruction of the flesh.

The revival will destroy religious systems & competing kingdoms that have been built “in God’s name”.

The revival will be a return to the name of Jesus & the exaltation of His identity as both Savior & Lord.

The revival will be a return to humility & fear of the Lord, for He will stretch out His hand in terrible signs & wonders as a dread champion.

Many will be offended by the next move of God because they lust after the last move.

But the Lord is saying that this is a new day.

A new time.

A new epoch.

A new season.

God is doing a new thing.

The revival will be like the days of John the Baptist.

The revival will be a refiner's fire.

The revival will be a launderer's soap.

The revival will make the Bride ready for the return of the Bridegroom!
